Robin Jarry 97c3eff577 icon: fix installation path ...

Currently, the aerc icon is installed to:

  /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/aerc.svg/icon.svg
                                        ^^^^^^^^^

The install_file macro expects an installation directory, not file path.

Rename the source file so that the target install path is correct.
